Ive been waiting in the ER room for the past 5 and half hours waiting for a doctor to assess my mom. This is unacceptable. Nurses are great quick to triage. But the doctor hasn’t even made an appearance to peak in the room for the past 5 and half hours.

During my labor, at the moment I was about to push with high stress and intensity due to my condition, male residents and medical students were brought into my room without consent! I requested female Doctor for A REASON.

Had to rush my son in with a broken arm and they got us in right away. Very professional, you can literally see their positive team work and it works. Each and every team member we dealt with was not only polite and kind but compassionate too. Very well done Rocky Team ❤️

Absolutely terrible service.
Ear is plugged, cannot hear, 0 balance, migraine headache pressure and pain. Doctor says you need to go elsewhere to get it cleaned out after sitting there for 1.5hrs because the nurse that checked me in said they will flush it for me. The doctor was an English fellow and was really rude as well.

Went in for my boyfriend as he had a seizure, got in straight away, as his second seizure took place in hospice, they were extremely quick and professional. A huge thank you to all the support and help the nurses were able to give us.

Went in with boyfriend, he had a horrible pain in his stomach. Left with pretty much no answers and a prescription for T3’s for a pain we aren’t even sure what’s being caused from.. he’s still in pain so we are going to a different hospital. I understand things take time but being there from 9:30pm to 1:00am when it was clearly not busy at all well I listening to the nurses all laughing loudly and even talking about other patients was pretty disappointing. Doctor was nice but I’m not impressed with the nurses and I’m certainly not happy leaving with the same amount of confusion as we did going in. I’m thankful I don’t live here lol
