Been with this insurance company for over 10 years and not once did I ever feel like I was valued. Rates would go up by double just changing addresses and they were very unforgiving to claims at fault and not at fault.

I asked numerous times why I had such a high rate and they would start by saying they didn't know why and then asked what my driving history was which I thought was interesting considering they had my file in front of them.
Seemed like they would come up with reasons to charge more monthly and when I needed to use my insurance on claims I was told was covered it magically wasn't. Even when my car was stolen they refused to cover anything. Once it was located and impounded by the city they denied me coverage to drive the car home, I even offered to pay and they told me I would need to pay a full months rate for a 20 minute drive home.

Once I told them I wanted to end my policy after 10 years finding a rate more than HALF less than what I was being quoted for I was told that "I would never find a better deal" not "what can we do to keep your business" but instead tried to scare me to stay with them.

All in all if you want to give your money to a company and expect no help this is the one to go with.

This is a awesome brokerage to work with, they're locally owned and operated and you can feel that when you deal with them. I’ve had my personal home and auto insurance here since 2012. When I first came to them for a quote they helped me find the best coverage available at a reasonable price and made it very easy to move everything over. The service here is top notch and I always feel like a valued customer.

Many years ago they were a great company but unfortunately in the past year they have lost all their good brokers and they have gone downhill quick.

They seem to be jaded and uncaring and they are only out for money. It’s really too bad because they used to be one of the good ones but their staff is impossible to deal with now.
