Best pharmacy in town. Ajay, Cynthia, and Ivy are all awesome. They have been so helpful getting my medications in on time and also getting them covered.

Regarding the rest of the store: I am not a huge fan of the new layout but I appreciate the cleanliness and the new manager, Brad, is great.

It feels like you're stepping back in time. Very calm store, especially after 6pm. Feels like a department store in the 90s. The prices aren't rediculous and I'm constantly surprised with sales on the items I came for!

No problems myself, it sounds like the disgruntled customer mentioning the time frame was already in a bad mood before entering the store. Don't let him worry you. Customer service is anxiety inducing especially these days!

~ Switch to Rexall, for your prescription needs, as I have never seen such an elite, highly educated, kind ,competent , and patient group of Pharmacy Professionals~

My reviews are popular online, as I am very thorough, they might be long, as it is my goal to help others find a Pharmacy that works for them(and store as Rexall has everything you could possibly need).
First, I would like to say the main 3 Pharmacists there I cannot recall all their names which I apologize for, but they are so good at their jobs , and sometimes when I am in stores I like to observe, observe how the staff treat others, especially our Senior population.
What I have observed at Rexall is Pharmacists that are so very patient, go above and beyond to assist their customers(they treat them as patients not customers and it is nice to see.)
I would like to especially note the Pharmacy Manager A.J, or main Pharmacist A.J. He is extremely professional, and knowledgeable, not only that he is kind, I have seen him interact with patients who are picking up medications that could have a stigma attached to them, and he never treats them any different then any other patient/customer. This is refreshing as I have seen at Shoppers how they treat individuals that appear down on their luck...they are still trying ,and picking up medication they need and Shoppers treats them like they are some kind of plague, it made me sick how shoppers -the owner there and pharmacist, male, won't write name here , he is awful to these individuals.I also witness them at Shoppers being impatient with a Senior lady. Switch to Rexall as that does not happen there.
Rexall is also very organized for flu shots and COVID vaccines, even walk ins when it gets busy they ensure things stay organized,at shoppers it is utter chaos, and the staff does nothing .

For Shopping general items, beauty items Rexall is great, I have heard customers say it is expensive but they have so many sales and bins of beauty items on sale , so watch for that.

I also really like how they sell m and m meat products.

It's ok. Not as much selection as Shoppers and their points programme isnt that great. It is confusing with too many different participants and rules to collect points. For example, their answer is always "that item is online, not in store and sold by a third party and you don't get points unless it's a downloaded offer"...etc. Just let us shop for items and collect points easily like Shoppers. I'll be back when it's more user friendly.

Very good Rexall store , staff were helpful . I did not use their Pharmacy. Unusual front door which is at the back by the parking lot. I did figure it out.

Excellent Pharmacy service! Very kind staff who even quartered the pills for my cat with no complaints! Thank you so much! Another pharmacy refused to quarter these pills which in wild because that’s the dose the vet wrote on the script. This pharmacy gladly did it for me and were super quick filling the prescription

The best customer service I've received at any Rexall location.. I'm so glad that this location is near my new home! The store manager really seems to care and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied!
