I am happy to have sold my home. I didn't feel that Tim was helping me get all that I could for my property, he seemed more interested in the sale at whatever it cost. Example he wanted me to add extra value over what was listed without getting paid for it then was upset with me for not doing it. Also on the last day, the day of completing the sale he had no time to finish our contract by coming to the house to confirm that all was good with the house according to the contract and that all details were done.
So I am not really happy with Tim Baker, yes my house is sold but I did not enjoy the process, mostly because of Tim.

The experience we had with Tim was second to none. His professionalism, demeanour, and overall representation of his firm is something to be sought after. Without disclosing private details, I can only say his personal sacrifice will never be forgotten. If anyone needs a realtor, whether buying or selling, I would only ever recommend Tim. Tim is just awesome. He helped us sell our and purchase our new home. He always goes above and beyond, he replies quickly to texts or phone calls when you have any inquiries or would like to view a home. Highly recommend him!!

Tim was a Nice guy to deal with, Friendly, Tried to find us a house as we were moving from Ontario. I was Facetiming with Tim many months to find a house with no luck . I asked him many times during this process about areas, value, is this the most expensive house in the area etc...... A house in Gibbons popped up, Beautiful house we liked it, Tim said its a smaller town and area. A year later we put it on the market cause the area isn't what we expected , we list it with Tim for over 6 months and nothing..... I keep asking Tim why isn't it selling "ohh it will everything eventually sells" he said. well 7 months into it its not selling. Then Tim tells me to go ahead and try to list it with someone else... That's professional... why? Geee cause its not selling and we over paid for a house in Gibbons and you felt bad about selling us this house and now you cant sell it? Especially when a Neighbors was telling us the builder was offering our house for 530 and we paid 599 and we finished the basement and did extra upgrades on top of everything . We have now been on the market over a year. we are 90G loss on a house cause of Tim's great advice. Did he take advantage of us cause we were from Ontario and not knowing what it was really like here? Its disappointing cause you trust an agent for looking out for our best interests and now we end up in a situation where were trying to sell and taking a 90,000 dollar loss. Also what Kinda agent says Go find someone else to try to sell? A guilty one to me that failed... I reached out to Tim via text msg to express my disappointment and frustration about this purchase and ask him why did he sell us a house in an area that isn't worth the money... telling me he is sorry I feel this way that he owns rental property here.. sorry I feel this way Buddy its been shown to me the past year of trying to sell something you gave Bad advice on and over paying in an area that isn't worth that value...and childishly he has since blocked me... to me blocking someone instead of having an adult conversation about it shows me that they know they did wrong and feel guilty about it and better just to avoid the situation....

Tim was amazing to deal with when we were looking to sell our duplex and purchase a single family home. He sold our duplex for much more than other realtors told us it was worth and helped us find our dream home. He was very patient and provided a lot of helpful information in regards to neighbourhoods and houses that we were looking at. I would definitely recommend Tim to everyone I know!
