Nope, nope and nope. This Tim fella has some great reviews! Unfortunately I didn't have him as a realtor, unhelpful, disengaged, absolutely uninterested in selling my home. Worse yet, the broker/manager that I reached out to twice was just as unhelpful. Consider really doing your homework before using Remax.

Just wanted to thank Andrew Russell for sticking with us every step of the way while purchasing our first family home from another province. He was fantastic, sending us video tours and looking at everything as if he was going to buy the home himself. He also provided us with other connections to help us keep our home safe and secure while we prepared to travel to our new home. He set me up with a car mechanic who is equally fantastic as well as home insurance brokerage. Really just everything we needed he got us what we needed. If in 10 years we go looking for another home and Andrew is still around he'll be my first call!

I have dealt with Remax and Dustin Henfrey for years now and I could not be happier. I have purchased 4 houses through Dustin and sold 2 with Dustin's help.....the only reason I never used Dustin to sell the other is because I sold that one to a close friend with both of us not using a realtor. But I have to say Dustin and the Remax team are one of the best ......highly recommended and that's why I continue to use these guys.

I absolutely hands down cannot recommend Tim Maley enough. My husband and I have been trying to sell our home on and off for the past 5 years. I personally do not think you could get a better realtor. Marcella was AMAZING! My husband and I worked with many realtors before being led to her. We have looked at over 100 houses before we found the one! We went through being pushed into weird contracts, made uncomfortable, being scrutinized by our age, realtors judging us on how picky we were and thinking they knew us. Marcella did none of those. Being a young couple and doing our first home purchase is and was a big deal. It was all new. She knew everything we needed, and if something stumped her, she ALWAYS asked someone else. She was always a text away, and never made us feel like a bother. It is a strange thing to think of but it was a very personal relationship; she took all of our skills, combined them with hers and helped us search every inch of homes we wanted. She pushed us to ask hard questions to sellers, and gave so much valuable advice on house sales, inspections, and negotiating. She has a whole team of people she trusts to do everything from brokering to house inspections. Every single person she recommends was phenomenal, and could not speak more highly of her. We consider ourselves a savvy young couple, and have large goals. There is no one else we would trust to help us make this choice other than Marcella. Every so often in life you work with people who understand you and respect you, no matter your age, and it fosters the kind of trust we now place in Marcella.
