We used Erin for the sale of our last house and the purchase of our new house in the fall of 2021/winter of 2022. Erin from the first meeting on listing our house right up until the final discussion on the purchase of our new house was nothing but the most professional and supportive experience we have ever had with a realtor! Erin was very through with her documentation on the listing of our last house and knew the market intimately. While we had hoped we could have sold our house for what it was listed for, it may have been not the best timing for our listing period, however I think we did receive a really good offer. Erin's experience was demonstrated when we pivoted from the house we planned to purchase to the one we actually did buy! When Erin learned that we had some concerns after the inspection of the house we were buying, she jumped in right away to ask about our concerns and came up with a solution right away! Erin was not going to let us buy a house that we were not happy or unsatisfied with! She listened/heard and actioned! And for that we are so happy!

Doris Wyatt was so wonderful in helping our family to buy and sell our home! We were the type who thought we didn't need a realtor but she made the whole process smooth and painless. She was knowledgeable, was always available even when she was on vacation and she provided us with the advice we needed to sell within days of listing over our asking price!
