Terrible experience with Shawna Trudeau.
Made several offers on a listing she had. This was a power of sale property. She said the bank rejected 2 of our offers and then just ignored the last offer (let it expire). Then a couple of days later come to find out she supposedly sold the property to one of Jim’s clients for LESS than our second offer and $25,000 less than our offer she let expire. Many rules broken during this interaction. I just don’t want any potential sellers or buyers to be disappointed. The home selling/buying process is stressful enough without having someone who can be dishonest during the process.
