We had so much fun this past weekend! The tour stops offered a great variety of tastes and options, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. This is our second beer tour and certainly not our last! Our tour guide, Rogie, was entertaining, energetic and friendly. It was perfect😀

Went on a private 50th birthday beer tour with Redback & it was terrific from start to finish! I was nervous as I have celiac disease & can't drink beer, but Angela phoned & gave the breweries a heads up & they all had gluten free alternatives for me to drink - thank you Angela! Driver was great too & we enjoyed all four breweries. Would definitely recommend & would love to try a cider or wine tour with them sometime!

I’ve done both beer & wine tours with Redback Tours and I must say that it was an overall fantastic experience! The driver was professional, the bus is beautiful and the tour itself was just so much fun! i highly recommend joining a public tour, or booking a private tour / bus charter for your own group.

We had a great experience with Redback Tours from the first inquiry with Angela to the drop off. Angela was great to work with - the process was so easy and stress free. Our driver Paul was equally great. We had a group of 9 and visited 3 wineries in the Niagara on the Lake region. Paul was very accommodating - even doing an impromptu stop for coffee along the way.

Would highly recommend Redback Tours and plan to use them in the future.

Angela did an amazing job putting together a tour to suit our group's needs. She was so accommodating and went out of her way to give us all the little things that made a surprise birthday adventure one to remember. Our driver, Jose Alberto kept us entertained, on track and on time - awesome. The venues were beautiful and welcoming, the food and drink incredible and the entire day was beyond our expectations. Angela at Redback was amazing to work with! We had planned to use them for our wedding, however, due to the pandemic we were unable to have the guests required for a shuttle. Angela was extremely understanding as we went through multiple changes to our plans throughout the various lockdowns and rule changes. While we did not end up using their services, we will most definitely be booking our next event with them!
Customer service is clearly a major priority of Redback Tours, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to book shuttle service of any size and for any event!

We had an amazing experience with Red Back Tours. We did a wine tour in Niagara. Our driver was AMAZING! He made the experience for us. He was with us the whole time ensuring we had everything we needed. We had ten people and everyone of us can’t stop talking about how great our driver, Rogi was. The day was organized so well and I would recommend this to anyone! If you can request Rogi as your driver you won’t be disappointed!
