Excellent service for insurance on a Sunday! Thank you James for the outstanding insurance service. Your attention to detail is impressive. I am happy that you gave my family, the proper details to be insured for different scenarios that our family faces. . Excellent parking, friendly environment, professional atmosphere. Einar was also an excellent agent. I’ve dealt with him before and he also has excellent service. It was fun to chat in a family friendly environment, but also maintaining the professionalism needed in an insurance firm. If you’re looking for insurance needs, this office is just off the highway with ample parking and slow moving traffic due to the necessary speed bumps. Real insurance is the real deal.

I just took delivery of a new 2025 GTI and the two ladies who came and did my reg and insurance we're both a breath of fresh air. Super nice and helpful! Cailey is so sweet and her laugh is infectious lol. With her it was more than just insurance, it was an experience. In the best way.

An ok place to get your car insurance renewed. The place is very accessible due to it near a highway and near long lake park. The place is quite safe due to it covid protocol in place. It's a bit cramped due to all the covid safety structure.

All in all not bad to renew your car insurance.

I would and will absolutely recommend Real Insurance. They will be the only insurance company I use going forward.
Very friendly staff, helpful and really quick service. I never thought I would say this about an insurance company, but it was a very enjoyable experience!
