I came to this Superstore since the one in Mission was temporarily closed. This location had everything I needed. Although, it was really overcrowded, even for the weekend. Also, because it is a much bigger store, it makes it a little harder to navigate. The staff were admirable and helped me when I asked.

Just wanted to give some recognition to the super cool cashier who just served me. Her name was Sandy and she was so awesome! Super bubbly, knowledgeable about the PC program and just great energy. It’s so nice when people clearly enjoy genuinely engaging in conversation with customers, she also took care of the guy behind me in line when she noticed a tiny bit of moisture on his egg carton and then found a broken egg and offered him a swap. Thanks Sandy for making boring grocery shopping a bit of fun and providing genuinely engaging customer service

Feels oppressive as soon as you walk into the store. Everyone has to file in through a single gate, leading to a lineup of people waiting to push their carts inside with no room for people without carts to get past. Once you get past the 2 meter high security barriers, the first thing you'll notice is the overripe, sometimes spoiled produce. Yesterday's feature was a pile of eggplants with nearly every one sporting soft and/or brown spots. Next thing you'll notice is most of the staff aren't trained to actually know where things in the store are. Not their fault, they just haven't received proper training. Finally, once you try to exit the store after failing to find what you originally went in for, you'll notice there's no way to get out without sliding past the customers in an open checkout lane, as every unopen lane has been blocked off with shelving or other obstacles. Then you'll be followed out by security because "why would you leave without buying anything?" as if it's my fault they're out of stock. I shouldn't be required to buy something I didn't go there for just to get out of the store, and customers shouldn't be harassed by security just for leaving without a purchase.

I used to love the superstore and it was my main grocery shopping location. I wanted to write a review to share my past experience with PC Express.

I placed an order for pick up on Sunday night at 7:30 PM. I needed food for my children’s lunches and I am recovering from surgery so I can’t physically grocery shop. My husband went to go pick up the groceries on Sunday and they informed us that they will not be ready on Sunday night. This was obviously majorly inconvenient, but my husband went and got other options for my kids lunches. And we accepted the pick up time of 10 AM the next day.

My husband works graveyards was up all night working, heads to superstore on his way home to pick up the groceries for 10 AM. Gets there at 10:20 AM they said just finishing up. They’ll be out in five minutes. They didn’t come out until 11 PM.

now my husband has been up for additional hours, thus complicating our entire day. I know this is no one’s problem but our own, but I chose PC Express for a reason and they have failed me.

I’m not sure how incompetent one has to be to take over 17 hours to get $200 dollars worth of groceries. Why offer a service if you are completely unable to executed. This needs some real management. Will never be shopping here again.

I can't seem to buy meat from this store that doesn't go bad before it's best before date. I'm pretty sure they just keep changing the dates until it goes bad. Someone is going to get really sick from this. I used to love their meat department but I am not buying meat from superstore anymore, it's not worth the risk and there is way better meat anywhere else you shop. It is sad
