I was sold a 2016 Ford Explorer not even 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues with it since. I feel like the salesman was more interested in the sale than selling me something roadworthy. Since purchasing, I have had to replace the battery, the struts and strut mounts, the back brakes and had to have the blower for the heat/ac repaired. Now the rear end is squeaking and grinding. This $30k vehicle has cost me well over $5000 more since purchasing and it's not even regular wear and tear. Very, very displeased with the service I received when purchasing. This vehicle should not have been sold for anywhere near the price it was sold for
