Très belle expérience, nous avons adoré en apprendre plus sur la culture des huîtres! Nous nous sommes délecter d'huîtres fraîches du matin après la présentation et sommes même reparti avec des caisses d'huîtres fraîches de la journée! Plus frais que cela, impossible!

James was a fantastic host for this class. He knows his business well and his knowledge and passion was evident. I have a new found love for oysters and I already loved them. He was a great instructor when it came to how to shuck oysters. If you don't get your moneys worth from this trip it is your own fault!

This wasn't so much a tour as a one hour sit down discussion in to how Rasperry Point grows and harvests their oysters and several other oyster brands that they process. It was very imformative and fun!! I was hoping for more of a look in to the process with some hands on time but in the end we learned how the process works and then we were able to ask all the questions we wanted about oysters and the business. Very informative!! We also learned how to shuck the oysters and then ended up eating as many as we wanted. Highly recommended tour and come with any and all questions you may have. Exceptionally friendly staff!!

Went for the shuck and learn. It was fantastic! I tried three of their types of oysters and learned a lot about oyster farming. I would definitely recommend the tour to any oyster lover!

Too bad they don’t have a taproom as the location is so serene that you want to stay a while.

8/10/24. Just lucky to find this place on a rainy day after a tour group wrapped up. The owner was very gracious to give us information on aquaculture and how oysters are farmed and how they assimilate their environment in the different flavors by location. The official tour is well worth it. Highly recommend seeking out if you’re interested in farm tours.

Highly recommend for any oyster/ agriculture enthusiasts. Learned a lot and got to taste a few fresh oysters too! Gentleman who ran the tour was extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of showcasing their work over the past 30+ years. Was a fun & interactive tour.

We learned so much about oysters and their oyster farm during this experience. James was very knowledgeable, and it was very educational and fascinating! And we got to eat lots of their very delicious Raspberry Point oysters. I think they were the freshest oysters we have ever had! Thank you!! Highly recommend a visit and the tour!
