We gave Rask Law (Cochrane) our real estate business on a sell and a buy. Does not return calls or emails was getting concerned about getting in to sign the documents for both deals. They said we had lots of time which was five days before we were to take possession on our buy. When we went to sign the documents there was an error on the closing statement which was substantial. I pointed it out to Dean and he said he would have it corrected. I also was told that the buy and sell would be $2600 and it ended up costing a $1000 more. Then the third thing was when the proceeds deposited into our bank account was incorrect. They deposited $20,000 too much. I called the office and talked to Kristen to say we got more money than we should have. She checked it out and called me back to say that they did. I had to go out of my way to get a bank draft and go to their bank to make a deposit. I also had to email a receipt to show that this was done. All I got was a thank you. I would not recommend this law firm , too stressful.
