Great facility for a good price. I have been there several times and have not been disappointed. An older building but a great bed, TV and amenities. Very clean, friendly and professional front counter staff, and convenient parking. It is on a main street, but I can't say I was bothered at all by traffic noise.

Overall usually a good experience for the price. Front end staff are pleasant to deal with… rooms could use a little more care when it comes to carpets and chairs etc… they could use a shampoo or an upgrade .. and the TVs aren’t updated- just basic cable (no Bluetooth option for Netflix etc). Not a bad hotel for what you pay overall.. will stay again. ✌🏼

This is the worst place we have ever stayed at. The tiles in the shower were incredibly dirty; I touched where the grout was and got black on my hands. The drain was clogged and the dirty water pooled around our legs. There were stains on the walls everywhere around the room. The blinds were broken. A cabinet door was ripped off. Furniture, drapes and walls were missing paint, chipped and dirty. The hotel manager said they would look at compensation for such a shoddy room--but never got back to me. The staff said we could switch rooms but my child was asleep by then as we arrived in the evening. They implied it was my fault for not checking the room more thoroughly that the shower was filthy and the drain did not work. Why would hotel staff offer up such a disgusting room to a family? Why would hotel staff and management allow rooms to get so dirty? It was the worst place we stayed on our trip--and put a negative stain on our experience of Lethbridge. I hope that no one else has to waste their money and time on such a terrible hotel--or worry about getting bedbugs or who knows what else from a place that is kept at such dirty and unhealthy standards. I would give this location zeros stars if that were possible.

My friend went to check in to the hotel and I was going to pay with my credit card. And the front desk lady said 100 for the room deposit and that is fine and then when I said I was paying for it she like.oh it's 200.00 then she like she cant stay here if you are not staying in the hotel... like what the heck is with that.. she was very rude. I will never let any friends or family stay there. And they lost out on a 2 night stay..

We were extremely pleased with our room and the service we experienced during our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast. The breakfast room attendant was friendly and attentive. We'll stay again when we visit Lethbridge and highly recommend the Ramada.

Terrible room. due to the lack of temperature control and noise.||The room was so hot and the air-conditioning didn't work. The register just kept blowing hot air.||I had to climb on a chair to open a window which finally cooled the room off to a bearable temperature at around 6:30 am. In the meantime every noise in the parking lot, conversations, vehicles arriving and doors slamming, as well as all the traffic noise on Mayor Magrath Drive also kept me awake. Something was broken on the side of the mattress which poked my thigh when I sat up to get out of bed. The bathroom light was connected to the light above the sink which shone right onto the bed and in my eyes when my husband used it, We were glad to get a room but I wished we had checked other hotels around. I won't go back.

A bit dated and very clean and quiet! For us it was wonderful. The price was great, very friendly staff. The breakfast person made our day, a very happy soul.

So I just booked a room wich I have in the past at this hotel and used my koho card for the credit card. Now this young girl at the till would not accept my koho card or contact a manager to discuss ferther options. So she just looks at me and say I will just cancel it.... hhhhmmm this generation is this lazy that they can not contact management to discuss how to proceed... very very poor service. I stay in hotels alot and this is the first experience with this matter. What are we raising as our next generation of workers. I heven have 700 cash in my hand and this is also no good. .. what a joke... I will never spend money at this location again. Manager should contact me and resolve this issue... also it's funny that my card is accepted online to book the room but she has no drive to come up with any situation...
