The people went above and beyond in being so very kind. I have a disability and they did everything to make me as comfortable as possible and not self conscious about it. I tried renewing my car insurance and was unable to because they wouldn’t accept my clearance for the paid-for photo radar ticket. I understand they might have got confused and didn’t know how to do it. I went to another insurance company and had no problem renewing. The reason I’m giving a low review is I called just to let them know so they can help future customers. I was respectful but was barely able to finish a sentence as the woman who answered was very rude and kept cutting me off once she realized I was just giving them a heads up.
