I honestly have no idea how people can find fault in this lovely little gem of a place. The most comfortable beds, in room coffee maker and a fridge. The room was immaculate and the staff very friendly. Some people have complained about the free breakfast, but it was just fine for a quick start to the day. Toast, bagels (in individual baggies) with a variety of jams and spreads. Coffee, tea, juice, cereal and fresh fruit. People need to realize that Provost is a small town. If you want a hot breakfast, go to the A&W down the street. And dare I say, the beds are the most comfortable beds in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Two thumbs up! Will certainly stay again if I'm in the area!

The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious. They also have a Keurig coffee maker and a back door leading to your vehicle. 💯

Spent two 14 day stretches here. Clean place with friendly staff. Was pleased with the rooms especially considering the length of my stays. Having a full counter and sink to prepare meals was nice. Black out curtains in the room do a good job for night shift workers. Could be a little more sound proof but was not an issue for the most part. Had some problems with the internet but nothing major.

I have stayed at many many many many many many many large hotel chains in western Canada and through the United States and this is by far one of the cleanest tightest motels I've stayed at and would gladly stay here a hundred times over no issues at all.
Considering where this motel is located it's really in the heartland of the energy sector and a lot of people have passed through its doors over time.
This place looks like it's brand new on the inside very friendly and accommodating.
Most of the people that stay here are here for the same reason I am for work. And this place yeah for sure I'll be back.

Bed was full of bloodstains when we turned it down and the staff tried to blame it on us...no apologies at all.I would not recommend at all !!! I just noticed they are trying to charge 300.00 to my credit card and they wont answer the phone....hmmmm.seem strange to you ?

I am not really sure how this place only has a 3.9 but it should be a full 5 star. The rooms are kept in immaculate condition, The beds are comfortable, The walls and furniture and great condition. The best part is the staff is really friendly and eager to help you in any way they can. If I am ever out this way again this is definitely where I will be staying. Thanks for the great service

The rooms themselves are comfortable and clean. We had a pleasant sleep. However we had a very frustrating start to our stay. We arrived at 10pm after a long drive. I had booked with a credit card over the phone. The front desk urged me to pay upfront, I let them know that I would pay the following day as I didn’t have my card with me and preferred to pay with debit than charge to my credit card. The front desk let me know that was fine and then gave me the key card for the room. We finally got our 2 year old snuggled down for the night… or so we thought. The phone rang in our room and woke her up. The front desk told us that we were not able to be checked in because there was an issue with my credit card. My husband went to sort things out. He gave them a different credit card and then came back to the room. My toddler had JUST fallen back asleep and the phone rings AGAIN. “There’s an issue with your credit card and I’m unable to check you in.” This was very confusing as we were already IN THE ROOM SLEEPING. And my husband had just dealt with the issue. I was told we needed to provide another credit card. I let the front desk know that we do not have a THIRD credit card and that I would pay for the room by debit in the morning. The front desk just kept saying “I can’t check you in on the system. I’m not sure what to do.” I simply replied, “what would you like me to do about it?” And I was met with, “it’s not my fault I’m just a worker here.” ||||I had to send my husband up AGAIN while I consoled my crying toddler, who is by this point exhausted and confused by all of the commotion. He paid for the room upfront.||||We woke the next morning and our daughter wanted to watch cartoons. There was one single cartoon channel available that played more adult style shows.. inappropriate for a 2 year old. I did notice however there probably 15 paper view porn channels.. ||||All in all, very frustating and experience that made me wish we booked at Canalta down the street.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, everything you need although no conditioner only shampoo.

Keurig coffee wasn’t stale, hooray! Also had tea available. Fridge & microwave, a good size fridge. I think they are set up for and have a lot of customers who are long-term or longer than just overnight. It was nice to have 2 doors, one leading into the hallway to lobby and dining room and the other directly outside to parking.

Breakfast was pretty basic. This was the least satisfying breakfast at a hotel in years with just cereal, bagels & toast available. I think they are chintzie on breakfast and can do better - the reason for the missing 5 star. I mean who doesn’t have eggs of some kind any more

Convenient location, along the hwy but we never heard hwy traffic, must be fairly soundproof cuz noise of any kind wakes me or prevents sleep altogether and I had a great sleep here.

Gas and 2 fast food joints within walking distance that I noticed.

Both front desk staff at checkin and checkout were friendly and made you feel comfortable.

I would stay here if I needed to again without hesitation.
