I'd call them to make sure they have available staff able to help before you make a trip to their store front. They say they are open online, but their door is locked due to being understaffed. I'm not too impressed as I just made a 40-minute drive to get here as I'm out of town. Just wanted to save the misfortune for someone else 🙂

On the flip side, I know of 1 person who went here and had a positive experience, so I'll text my luck again next week, I guess.

I've just successfully filed my taxes with QBA. My first trip wasn't the greatest, but I'm ready to eat my words because the staff here are amazing, caring employees. I was having a hard time finding time in my schedule to get my taxes filed, and Rhonda, one of their friendly employees, sacrificed her own free time to make sure my things were taken care of today, which is unheard of. I'm definitely coming back here next year. I'd be glad to refer a friend to come here. Amazing experience 🙂

I have had my income taxes done here for many years and have always been very happy with their work. This year has been a marked change from the previous pattern. They initially filled the forms for both me and my wife with major errors resulting in a major balance owing rather than our usual returns. Every step of the way working with them to correct the errors and ensure the filing was completed correctly they have failed to take responsibility, blaming errors in the system, blaming us for not providing documents that they seem to have lost, being vague about what they did wrong, and giving contradictory explanations for things. In the end, there were still errors in my filing, about which they have refused to answer any questions as to what went wrong. Extremely unprofessional, and disappointing because I have always been very satisfied with their work in prior years.
