Have been with Envision for years but so tired of being forgotten, ignored, uninformed of changes, simply just never a priority. Moved over to Prospera Sardis branch and best banking choice I have made. Such an amazing team and always so friendly and helpful. This bank seems to give out the best mortgages in the Chilliwack area from what I have experienced. Joan Gill used to be my go-to guy ands back in the day they used to bribe my with a tray full of food.... and I loved it. those days at this credit union seem to be in the past now and I found it a bit frustrating that as soon as I was able to build rapport with a mortgage specialist that they would always move up the ladder to another branch, but I am happy to see them promote from within the company.

Great customer service at the Sardis Prospera Branch! Staff are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I have with no hesitation. Always enjoy going in to do my banking!

Service is extremely slow. No office staff will assist at busy times. 8 people in line. Wait time to call in is brutal. Unbelievable the wait times Not customer service oriented. Time for change for me and them.
