Excellent support from this shop dealing with several mechanical issues on our Ranger Tug's Volvo Penta D4 300 during our recent trip to the Broughtons. The second issue required a water taxi to bring a mechanic and parts to Lagoon Cove due to stuck ZF transmission. Everything was sorted out! Thanks to Kendra and Michael for saving my bacon!

I came up Island to see family and had my starter give up on the first day of my trip, I came to Progressive Diesel on Monday morning with a strong request, and they delivered. They got me in with a full schedule already on the books.

Wayne, Kendra, and Steve and the rest of the guys were great to deal with and got the job done quickly and a very fair market price.

Ok folks let me tell you of an amazing experience I had at Progressive Diesel.
Several weeks ago I was on an extreme dead line to get my vehicle to Port Hardy.
Unfortunately I had a fairly significant break down enroute and called Progressive Diesel half an hour before their closing time.
They asked me to swing by their shop and they would have a look.
Wayne the mechanic not only agreed to stay and fix the engine, he also gave me a ride to a local restaurant so I could have dinner.
The job was completed by 1:30 in the morning (with a few twists and turns which Wayne quickly dealt with)
Hats off and thumbs up to Progressive Diesel from the office staff to Wayne the mechanic, your awesome!

Delivered a load in Port Hardy. Picked up my backhaul and noticed I had some tail light issues. This shop took me in and fixed my lights without any hesitation even though they were swamped with work. Excellent workmanship, friendly office staff and mechanics. Very accommodating shop. Super Great Service
I operate Reel Crazy Fishing Charters in Winter Harbour.
Called on a Sunday and spoke to Chris. A tech (Shaun) was waiting at 07:15 Monday morning and made a diagnosis. Got the sensor needed ordered and delivered by 4:30. Shaun infalled it and had me on my way by 5.30. This super service saved me from having to cancel a $5500.00 dollar charter.
Thanks guys and gals. You can't do better than that
