Door is a mystery and when i found it the place does not look like the picture, dark and the flooring wants to tear at any moment, gave them my racket the restring and they said 2-3 days and it’s already 4 days and i did not see any message, and also the guy who was talking with to get my racket restring, dude barely speak english, i doubt him can count from 1-10

Very interesting experience, but overall owner was very nice in person. It was hard to reach him via phone and finding the entrance was like trying to look for treasure with clues on the doors lol. Good price for shoes, and website was up to date which was awesome

$100 2 month long racket “repair”. They Lost racket. Still wana charge $100. Other places fix it for $50-$60 but I went with these guys because it was convenient. 🤷🏻‍♂️
*** I told him to not fix it before they fixed it… They still went ahead and fixed it and want to charge $100 lol
Then they said oh we finished at January 15 which was less than one month later but they never told me that it was done lol. They would’ve kept the racket for themselves my $300 Yonex Nanospeed 9000 type X.

Extremely disappointed for their re-string service. It was not properly and weighted as well as done in an unprofessional and premature manner. The racket was broken just one month after re-string. Avoid at all cost
