We are very appreciative of the excellent service which we received at Priority Diagnostics MRI on September 25th, 2024. We travelled from Newfoundland and Labrador and my friend needed diagnostic testing before he could receive the appropriate medical drugs to help him. We received a letter from our Health Authority and his appointment was set for January 2027. Yes that is correct - 2027. When we arrived in BC, a friend told us that we should check availability in BC. We phoned Priority (Richmond) and they stated that they would do their best to accommodate us. Within 2 days we had an appointment and 1 day later our doctor in NL was in receipt of all results! We must give credit to the lovely office assistants who were so understanding and helped to facilitate our appointment, They provided us with all the information we needed to travel from Victoria to Richmond BC and made us feel very comfortable. The entire staff was so professional and warm-hearted. All details were explained explicitly. We highly recommend Priority Diagnostics MRI.

The on-site wait time was short and the clinic was easy to find with ample parking available. The technician was wonderful answering any of my questions, letting me know what to expect and making me very comfortable on the MRI bed which made it easy to stay motionless. Absolutely happy with this service. 7 weeks of pain and multiple CTs , x rays, ultra sounds, blood work and then this MRI. I was able to book in 2 days, hopped a ferry to Richmond and had the answer less than 48 hours.. After the uncertainty , crutches, and lack of answers, Priority revealed a torn ligament in my foot.. Not good but at least I know now

Never know there is private MRI service in MRI. Priority MRI is a very good choice of MRI scanning service if you don’t want to wait for provincial scanning which usually costs 6 months at less.
The personnel here are professional and friendly. They provide a fast booking schedule. My case I can book MRI within two weeks. And the scanning is efficient. Report ready within the week. And the scanning image will be ready once the scanning completed and will be provide to client in disk.

And the best thing is the price is really comparable among private MRI service in Vancouver. Highly recommend this scanning service!
