My agent is Pam, I had a claim to put after an incident that happened on Christmas Day. I knew they were closed but I figured I’d call and leave a message. Even though she was off. She returned my message to assist me with making the claim. Afterwards, she made sure to check in with me to make sure everything was being taking care off. This was my first claim I’ve ever made and she helped me out the the whole way. Lois also helped me whenever Pam was unavailable. Between the 2 of them they made sure I was taken care of!

Wind caused damage to my metal roof. ..requiring replacement. Preferred Insurance in Chatham Ontario, allowed me to choose a local contractor , I chose ABC Contracting. All went well with the replacement and Preferred's adjuster Stuart followed up regularly. The work was completed . Very pleased with how the adjuster kept in touch every step of the way.

Very disappointing customer service. Called 2 days prior to insure new vehicle and take off the old one. Day of the pick up the dealership tells me my brokers didn't fax over what he needed. I gave the brokers the dealerships number not once, but twice. Last conversation I had was being told that my insurance rate was undetermined, that I would have things sent to my email and everything was good to go? How has it been over a week and I still don't have any idea what I am paying How have I not been sent an email or a call confirming my insurance policy has flipped over?
Also, March 16 was day one of the "new policy" but for whatever reason I might still be stuck with April's insurance payment on the car I took off insurance March 16. If anything rates should be reduced seeing as it's halfway through March.
I don't normally write reviews but this is just so disappointing especially for over 10 years of loyalty.

My insurance broker is wonderful her name is Tamara. I wanted to add rental and towing coverage to my insurance as well as increase the policy to 2,000,000 coverage and she did this for me and always keeps in touch. Wonderful broker and very professional.
