Absolutely the Best! Prairie Management has been our management company for almost ten years and has done an amazing job. Andrew Fulcher and his crew handle the business side with professionalism and extensive expertise. At the same time Andrew is approachable and responds with the personal touch. Especially important to us has been Prairie Management's response to emergency situations. They are quick to act and have the right contacts for effective mitigation. Prairie Management carefully balances job completion with financial responsibility helping to reduce costs. Working with Prairie Management changed a nightmare of the previous management company to an absolute dream. I highly recommend Prairie Management.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Andrew and Susan over the last decade. They have always been easy to work with and make sure their properties have payment to us on time every time. To me having a local property manager is the best way to stay on top of your properties. I also work with several other managers out of the area and they just don't have the care or service that Prairie Management does. I highly recommend this company for your management needs.

I hired Curtis Patton to manage my acerage while I was out of the country. I returned to disaster. All I received was a $300 disposal fee meanwhile I have weeks of cleanup, piles of trash, all kinds of damage to my outbuildings and house. Do not use this company to manage your rental. I never seen a dime of the damage deposit from the tenants. If I could rate zero stars I would.
