Stephanie Chiu and her assistant Vaibhav Malhotra (at BrokerLink, 349 Davis Road, Oakville, ON) have been simply fantastic in researching and securing Auto Insurance for my wife and me. The Car we were attempting to insure, a 33 year old 1992 Dodge Shadow with sentimental value, had been neither driven nor insured since 2010, and we were having extreme difficulty finding anyone who would insure it. Fortunately our usual Insurance Company (Belair) recommended Stephanie Chiu at BrokerLink. Stephanie worked diligently and very patiently with us daily for almost 2 weeks to assemble all the necessary documentation and then to secure for us the absolute best rates, together with the most flexible options. And she did so under extremely tight deadlines because the 30 day Safety Certification for the car was about to expire. In this day and age when outstanding personal service is in such short supply, we gratefully and sincerely appreciate the outstanding service we received from Stephanie & Vaibhav at BrokerLink.
