Randy was the best X-RAY tech ever! Made me feel so comfortable, was so friendly and made sure I was able to catch the ferry I was hoping

Overall, my mom’s care has been good at Port Mc Neil Hospital. I’m gonna say it’s safe to say that my mom is in a lot of pain right now and she is a very strong first nations woman and this morning. My mom gets help from what she believes is an HCA, who was rude to her and made my mother cry now where is the compassion for an elderly, strong, first nations woman who is in a lot of pain, and, I am not happy as her daughter to hear of this. She states that everyone else on the team has been great to her and this woman my mom thinks she is a Filipino descent is rude and makes my mother cry not acceptable. I’m gonna give the four stars to this hospital, because the rest of the staff have been amazing. However, this one individual how dare you make my mother cry you do not treat the vulnerable with disrespect ever in any position that you hold ever where is the compassion I am taking this higher up.

II was admitted to Emergency last Tuesday -June 2 with serous ear pain.
I was seen by Dr Watson . I would commend him and the nursing staff for wonderful and "caring" care. Thanks to his treatment and recommendation to see a specialist immediately, I am slowly on the mend from a very serious infection

The hospital staff are the most incredible people ever. They are kind and extremely caring. All of the hospital rooms have an ocean view. I can't say enough to recommend this hospital.
