I just want to give a good review to Daman and the rest of the staff who worked with her on the night I went to buy my chicken. It was 7 mins before closing and they are ready to go home. I was impressed and really appreciated them because they still took my order 🙏🙏🙏. They opened the kitchen and cooked chicken and fries for me. It’s very rare for a restaurant to do that to a customer. This Popeyes chicken location has the best chicken and on top of that the staff are amazing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was forced to buy the same VERY large meal TWICE because popeyeschicken.ca "lost" my online order for 30 minutes. I phoned this location 15 minutes after no confirmation and they TOLD me there was NO pending order. I re-ordered over the phone and went to pick up 30 minutes after initial "failed" order.
The "failed" order went through, I was double-charged -- some crap about popeyeschicken.ca NOT being the same thing as Popeye's locations.
I was visiting family and the restaurant's resolution of me coming back to Ontario and they would give me the e-ordered meal is entirely meaningless. Popeyeschicken.ca website has an annoying robot that takes 30 minutes to talk past -- then some mealy-mouthed rep assured me via e-mail I had NOT been double-charged -- in essence calling me a liar.
I don't know what the hell is going on with Popeye's Canada. I deal with Popeyes in the US ALL THE TIME and they are SO helpful and willing to bend over backwards for valued customers -- and have NEVER accused me even tacitly of being a liar.

If I could give negative stars to this location -- I would! Popeye's Canada needs to contact me asap to make this right -- AND THEN SOME!!!
Oh, in all the hassle I didn't notice this location shorted me on one of my sides as well!

New location in Innisfil! I had the creole chicken sandwich combo with onion rings.

The Onion rings were burnt, dry and flakey. Definitely not worth it - perhaps I got a terrible batch for whatever reason, but I waited 15 minutes just for them so it doesn't make sense. The rest of the meal was good but the sauces were 50 cents each which is by far the most expensive I've ever seen it, as some other locations even include then for free with a combo meal.

I don't like to rate places low, but the slow service, lack of condiments and terrible side dishes didn't leave a great taste in my mouth.

If you're going just got chicken or a sandwich and you don't mind paying extra for sauce then it may be with a visit, however.

Do NOT recommend the wings. We ordered the new 'wings' option and chose the 2 mildest choices: roasted garlic parmesan and honey BBQ. (Note: we usually eat medium wings). These wings were sooo spicy hot we couldn't eat them. Threw them out. Extremely disappointed. Looked menu over again closely afterwards and noticed that they marinate all the wings "in a ghost pepper spice blend" before they even put your choice of sauce on. Sad.

Very disappointed. If this is your first Popeyes visit don’t expect all others to be as dry. I love Popeyes chicken. Always bigger and juicer pieces than KFC but this one has a small dry breast lacking meat which was a disappointment Biscuit was over cooked, over salty and dry. Slaw was good though (crunchy and creamy). Someone from corporate needs to visit Innisfil Popeyes. If you liked this please click like. Cheers!!

Today I went to Popeyes and the service was amazing. The cashier is super friendly and she is very patient with you when you take your order. The Manager and the Assistant manager are so nice even the cook. They give such a good service and food. Very good place!, I recommend this place more compared to other food establishments.

I always love going there as a ladies with the front are always so sweet very accommodating and the food is always fresh restaurants always clean they have regulars there which shows how nice the staff is I'm very impressed with this location and it's my favorite Popeyes to go to anywhere in Ontario and my son loves it and thinks the ladies are sweet too so that's the best outcome I could ever get for a restaurant from him
