They have been taking money out of my bank account at random days I'm random amounts causing me to receive NSF fees from my bank. I finally had to get my bank to stop payment taken from platinum financial

“7. In the event of any of the following situations (hereafter referred to as 'in default' situations) the lender reserves the right to claim payment of the full balance of the capital and interest due:
a) If the borrower fails to make a payment in accordance with the terms and dates set forth by the present contract;
b) If the borrower goes bankrupt or is declared insolvent;
c) If the borrower is in default to perform his obligation in accordance with any other agreement or contract intervened between the lender and the borrower.

9. The borrower hereby authorizes the lender to make withdrawals from his bank account for the payment of all amounts due in accordance with the present contract and authorizes the lender to use any of the lender's bank account in order to withdraw payment(s) from the borrower.
10. The borrower hereby authorizes the lender to obtain from any person or institution (notably employer, financial institution, credit reporting agency, lending agency, etc.) all necessary information required for the approval of this contract. »

Took 2 payments of different amounts on the same day out of my account. I don't even know this company or have any loans with them!!! I found out who they were when I reported the fraudulent activities to my bank. My bank is now investigating this company for fraud.
