Skinny pizza, pita bread is thicker. Only 2 slices had 2 cubes of chicken, the other ones only one chicken cube each. It was over 35dls, don't think it was worth it. But the taste was good.

I had a great experience at the Pizza Pizza in Innisfil! The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was quick, and the pizza was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean and well organized. Thank you for the great service—I’ll definitely come back again👌😋😋😋

Decent pizza. Didn't have napkins, what is not a good thing if your business sells food that you it with your hands. They had just opened. I believe we were their first clients.
One of their washrooms didn't have soap.

I ordered a Hawaiian, it was very hard to hear because of some customers talking very loud and the counter girl was very quiet. I paid with Cash 27 dollars which I thought was a lot. I sat down and waited for the pizza while looking at the menu, it actually had 1 pizza 3 toppings and 3 pops for 15 dollars and I have only order 1 pizza no pops. I questioned the girl why my order was 12 dollars more, she said you got 4 toppings, wow I topping of hot peppers 12 bucks I said. Her reply was well yeah. That is the last time I will ever go there and if you are going make sure you double check your order, I was tired and didn't and it cost me 12 bucks. I will be sharing this will the local websites in my area as well. I sincerely wanted to give them the business as I believe its new owners but not sure. Good Bye Pizza Pizza Innisfil Beach Rd

I was contacted by Pizza Pizza and to summarize the conversation I wasn't eligible for the lower price because I declined taking the 3 pops that came with the special and not what the store told me about the 1 extra topping. Pretty funny I will be sharing the outcome on the location community chats

Not sure why I was texted a 40% off 1 day use coupon that didn't apply to anything on the website, just added as a single $0.00 item to checkout. I don't want to call in or go in to figure it out further, I want to order online. I haven't placed an order here in quite some time (i used to a lot!) and don't think I will be since they wasted my time here again. Mom wanted food today but guess she can cook for herself

Im horrified that the delivery driver after giving us the wrong pizza and leaving then came back to the door and wanted the pizza back to deliver it to the correct owner.

What kind of hygiene and safety training do they receive....not enough.

Also no one called me after they forgot my drinks, gave me the wrong pizza and wings. They also never answered my 2 phone calls where I was on hold for 5 minutes each time. For a Canadian company they should know the word sorry goes a long way.

I placed an order for their funnel sticks. Upon opening up my order, I had to dig out a long piece of human hair from within my funnel sticks. When I brought this back to the location and spoke to the cashier, she mentioned that it was her fault and that there’s a chance a piece of her hair might have fallen from off her hoodie. She was fully aware that it was her hair and was not shocked at all that it ended up in my food. When I asked her if they are meant to wear hair nets or not, she just insisted that all they do is tie up their hair. Clearly this isn’t efficient or working, as I still managed to end up with her hair in my funnel cakes. She was not fazed and did not even seem to care that her literal hair was in someone’s food, which completely disgusting and avoidable. This is extremely embarrassing and only makes me question if I even want to give my money to a business that doesn’t take the proper health precautions when handling food. Shameful.
