Scam Alert. Disappointed and discouraged. This was the worst walk-in and medical care experience I have encountered. I had a very simple issue that took two minutes to correct, which to my joy was alleviated when I found a competent practitioner at the SuperStore, Pitt Meadows clinic. After two day of having no hearing in my ears due to a wax build I unfortunately made the mistake of trying New Pitt Meadow Clinic. The appointment was made from Pure Clinic in Maple Ridge who could not see me, so they made the appt. at Pitt Meadows Clinic. I waited over an hour to be told by the doctor there, that yes, I had a huge wax build up, but she could do nothing unless I first purchased, from their pharmacy olive oil drops, costing $20.00, and then she would see me three days later to swoosh it out. I could not hear and was having difficulty walking. I left and immediately went to the clinic at Superstore. The Physician looked at my ears, took out his implement and in less than 5 minutes I could hear again.

Every single time my pharmacy submits an electronic prescription refill request, I need to go through a rigamarole with the office. Apparently it’s office policy not to do them (why not? I smell a few here somewhere). My GP has given an exception but this is getting real old. Time to switch to Telus Health.

How is it possible a business (cuz that’s what this place is) that started not more than 4 years ago, has so many terrible complaints and reviews? I would never go to a doctor who has a Botox side business. That says it all. Dentist or doctors with Botox side businesses are to be avoided.

Dr. Ogo is amazing. He has turned things around at this Clinic. He is very on top of what he does, is very knowledgeable and expresses himself in a very caring and compassionate manner. If it weren't for him being so thorough I would have found myself in trouble down the road. Continue to do great work Dr. Ogo, you are very much recognized and appreciated!

Had an appointment Saturday at 2:40pm for a walk in phone appointment. 40 minutes after my appointment I had my mom call to see how much longer (strep so talking was difficult). They said there was 5 people in front of me. I called back at 4:30 and got the ‘closed for the day voicemail’. I ended up going to urgent care. The clinic doctor didn’t end up calling until 5:10 when I was already at urgent care. This has typically been my go-to clinic but I’ll be finding a new one in the future.

Went in Thursday to make an apt. They said Tuesday at 10:30. They didn’t tell me it was two weeks from now so I was waiting around all day for a call that never came. Can never get through in the phone lines even though there’s no one on the phone when you go in office. Dr is on average 1-2 hours late with apts. just disappointing because I like my dr

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. Dr Latti was a wonderful person and very nice, but clearly overbooked and didn't have time to put into her patients. Before she left, she assured me that me and my two kids, one of which had Kawasaki disease when he was 4, would be transferred to a new doctor in this clinic. I needed my son to see a doctor a few weeks ago so I called the clinic to make an appointment. I was told it would take a week or two to figure out where the patients would be moved. When I called today to make an appointment with our new doctor, they told me I had to find a new doctor at a new clinic. I told them that's not what I was told on two different occasions. The receptionist rudely responded that I didn't talk to her so not her problem. She said they posted it at the clinic that everyone would have to find a new doctor. When I asked how would I have known if I'm never allowed to see a doctor in person, everything is over the phone, she didn't have an answer. I even tried to get my kids added to their dad's family doctor in this clinic, but I was told they'd still be considered new patients even though they are family. She offered the walk-in clinic as a solution, which isn't a solution for a child with a complicated medical history. NEVER SEE A DOCTOR AT THIS CLINIC. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION, TAKE IT!
