Quand nous sommes arrivés à Dieppe du Québec, ma femme et moi avons eu l'aide de Phil pour trouver notre première maison. Étant donné notre situation, nous avons travaillé à distance avec Phil. Sa structure et éthique de travail ont rendu le tout très simple pour nous. Suite à plusieurs semaines de discussions à distance nous avons passé presque un week-end complet avec Phil à faire des visites et chercher la perle rare. Nous avions fait une liste de maisons à visiter et c'est finalement une recommandation de Phil que nous avons acheté. Il avait très bien compris nos besoins! Une fois la maison acheté, Phil nous a même aider à être à l'aise dans notre nouvelle province. Tout un accueil!

Le travail nous a ramener au Qc dernièrement, nous n'avons pas hésitez à faire affaire aux services de Phil à nouveau pour vendre notre maison qui était considéré comme exécutive. Tâche qu'il a réussi à accomplir au bon prix et surtout dans les délais que nous avions discuté. Il a travaillé avec nous le jour, le soir, le week-end, par courriel, au téléphone, par texte, en personne, à distance, en français, en anglais…difficile à battre!!
