Don’t do their do diligence to find out the actual proof! Leaving a mother of 3 homeless and without food! They don’t care unless you’re a drug addict! Government workers hahahahaha self explanatory!

The employees constantly smoking directly, literally on my doorstep outside my place of business every day. Butts everywhere. They do no respect the space and give attitude when told to move.
Never dealt with the actual services but see other reviews for how effective they are at servicing this community.

Unbelievable.....

I have been on assistance for a number of years and they have now made false accusations about me with no proof to base these accusations on, only word of mouth from people who apparently are trying to mess with me.

I have no choice, I am going to have to seek legal aid as they have given me no choice. They blatantly lied and told me I am doing nothing wrong, but have now cut off my cheque for no reason aside from their false accusations.

They have made me feel less than human and like my voice is irrelevant.. I have been nothing but honest with them and I am just done mentally, I feel sick that they can actually make assumptions and then make serious decisions based on ASSUMPTIONS! No proof! I can literally prove they are wrong but it doesn't matter apparently....

So now I have no choice but to seek legal aid for this, and for what they also did to me 5 years ago, I have been suffering mentally ever since. I wrote an appeal 5 years ago, nothing. No response. They treat you like less than a human, but they will deny that and smile and tell you they actually care about you which they do NOT.
(Actions speak louder than words, and their actions speak volumes.)

They don't give a sh*t about you. Let that be known.

Ps. If you get a call from a woman named Laurie, she will blatantly lie to you and tell you you are doing nothing wrong, only to cut you off. I haven't spoke to her since, she just went ahead and made decisions that will put me even more into the hole I am in, and more into "overpayment" debt..

I've never had an overpayment, only accusations to put me into overpayment.

Don't believe a word they say when they tell you they care about you and want to help you. They don't. Feel free to contact me anyone who sees this comment, I will tell you what they did to me.

Very disappointing when a family member is expecting a cheque and it does not show up in time for rent. All the worker did was apologize. Families are now left picking up the financial slack. There needs to be a better system in place for this. The funds should have been in the individuals bank account prior to the holiday so rent can be paid on time. Again such a disappointing system we have going on.

Was trying to get help to get a stroller and carseat for my daughter who's due soon, and have had nothing but issues with Laura Sharp ext,. 3792 she is now forcing a 34 week pregnant women who is on bedrest to walk down to pick up the check when it could if been done today when I have a ride. I'm now having to go back to the hospital due to bleeding from the stress she has put on me. I'll be looking into pressing charges if I go into preterm labor.

A minor living on my own. Was asked about my trauma regarding my parents/why I'm on my own. And when I mentioned my boyfriend I got a comment on our age gap. All these comments were extremely inappropriate and unprofessional and I ended up crying after being on the phone with her. I called back twice to complain. The first time I got her on the phone so I hung up. Second time I brought it up ((I was originally on a call for something else)) and it got brushed off.
