The Motel was cute on the outside needs a bit of tlc but cute and was in a great location especially across from the beach. Hubs and I weren't impressed with the fact that we were told the hotel was on winter hours but there was no hours posted, so we had no idea when anyone would be at the front desk. We were told if we needed anything to come downstairs in the morning so we did each day for the three days we were there as we needed more soap and toilet paper and no one was there for any of the days. We tried to call the front desk to add an additional day since no one was there, but no one was there to answer and there was no way to leave a voice message. The pool was closed and there was no notification on the website for those wanting to book there specifically for the pool, which is a part of what made us want to book there. The price was very reasonable.

The location couldn’t be better—it’s right across from the beach. But honestly, the way the staff treated us ruined the whole experience. Any good thing about the place was completely overshadowed by how badly we were treated. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with complete disrespect. The receptionist, Laurie, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She acted like we were a burden just for checking in and spoke to us with such an attitude it honestly shocked us. There was no welcome, no courtesy—just straight-up hostility. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable or unwelcome at a place we were paying to stay at. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book literally anywhere else.

This was not my first time to stay with Days Inn hotel, but this hotel was my worst experience I ever had. I did early check in as I was driving for 10 hours to reach there, but it was not ready. The room is not bad for that price, while cleaning was super-bad, the crew have no hospitality at all and one adult female called Laurie abuse young girls with dirty words.
Finally, I was choked every day during my stay and I totally didn’t comeback for ever again and never recommend this hotel for anyone else.

The suite was very nice although not clean. It was a 3 bedroom suite as I brought my family for the Sesame Street show. I needed a cot they did not have one. The bathtub had no plug but my major complaint is they had Coffee pod limitations. I complained when checking out she argued that she had supplied 16 pods which was a lie they supplied 6 and that's the maximum for a room, I replied there's 6 adults. Paying 398.00 a night I wouldn't think Coffee pods would be a issue. I certainly will never stay again.

This was by far the worst check-in experience I have ever had after all my journeys all over canada , Europe and worldwide.

I was treated with complete disrespect by an employee named Laurie,

who showed an unprofessional attitude: she would not listen, was extremely irritable, and dealt harshly with the children.

Even when they simply asked about the restroom or the room check-in, her response was: “I don’t want any disturbance, it’s not my problem, and don’t bother me with your requests.”

At first, I tried to excuse her behavior, thinking she might be stressed due to workload and the busy season. But I was shocked when her rude and unprofessional attitude continued.

After all these years of staying at this hotel, I have decided that this will be my last time here.
I truly felt that there was an element of discrimination in the way we were treated, and it was extremely disappointing to be dealt with in such a manner.
This experience left me with a deep sense of sadness and disappointment.

Honestly I was expecting worse. But it wasn’t bad for the price. Right on the waterfront with clean rooms. Some of the sofa beds were a bit smaller compared to others and separated but the beds were comfortable, if anyone is 6 foot they’re feet might dangle off them tho.

I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. We pulled up to this hotel into an end parking stall, and the lady from the front desk was very polite and said excuse me, sir are you checking into the hotel and I said yes, we are looking on our phones for prices. She goes OK and walked away and some a hole five minutes later walked by my car and said you were told to move your frigging car move your frigging car so we drove away. You don’t talk to the public that way. I’m gonna find every platform on the Internet and I’m gonna write a review.
