We had an amazing experience with PEI Car Rentals! Our rental car unfortunately got into an accident in Charlottetown, but within 10 minutes, Volkan was on the scene. He handled everything efficiently got the car towed and sorted out all the details without any hassle. We were given another car right away, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Truly outstanding service highly recommend.

I met Tolga when I arrived at the office to collect my car.
We had such a lovely conversation.
The car was prepared(washed & vacuumed) and waiting outside for me. The rental rate was very reasonable.
I emailed Tolga to request a few days extra with the car, receiving an immediate reply confirming that it was no problem.
Upon returning the car, I was given a lift to the airport.
Nothing was too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
An excellent experience all round.

外国で運転することを少し心配した。でも、ガイドツアーは、値段が高く、フリータイムが少ないので、おすすめされたレンタカー会社へ行った。
スタッフは忙しそうにしていたが、ボスや若いスタッフの対応は親切で、車の使い方も教えてくれた。
私は、日本車を借りることができたこともよかった。
日本に比べて、レンタル料はとても高いが、島内を運転するのは、貴重な体験だった。
車を借りるかどうしようかと迷ったが、それを決めることができたのは、スタッフの良い対応があったからだと思う。

Very friendly and helpful. We rented 3 vehicles during our trip (Kia Carnival, Subaru Legacy, Polaris Slingshot). Each vehicle was in great shape, clean, and great for our needs. The crew at PEI rentals were awesome to us and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. The prices are high compared to our home province, but considering NO ONE else had a van or could even guarantee a car, these guys delivered. If they weren’t able to rent us a van, we probably wouldn’t have come to PEI.

So all in all they were great to deal with. I’m always worried rental conpanies will drop the ball or not keep our reservation and leave us stranded. PEI Rentals followed through on everything, and were great. Also, if you want something fun you should definitely rent the Slingshot. It’s great for cruising around PEI.

We were in town visiting on a cruise for just a day, so rather than doing a cruise excursion we decided to rent a car and do our own thing with our limited time. As estimated, the rental agency was about a 10 minute walk from the cruise port.

We placed a reservation online about a month in advance. The price was very reasonable given the peak season and definitely a savings compared to the cost of guided tours/excursions.

The operators were very kind and efficient, and the young men who led us to our car were perfect gentlemen.

We were told to call when we returned and we would then make arrangements on dropping the car off. We did so and the operator was out within 30 seconds as promised to do the swap. It was truly a seamless and painless experience. Thank you!

If, like us, you are interested in doing your own thing while visiting PEI (even as just a partial day cruise stop), we highly recommend PEI car rentals for that. It was fairly simple to coordinate, the island was easy to navigate, and we enjoyed the Green Gables Heritage Home and PEI National Park on our own terms in our own way.

My mom and I used this car rental service, and I highly recommend it! Gabe picked us up at the airport and helped us load everything in the shuttle vehicle. He had excellent communication with us right from the start which was very appreciated because we were travelling from Ontario.

They offered us a Toyota Camry and it was very clean and in great shape. In the morning, my mom called to ask if she could switch it for a hatchback (she is more comfortable in a hatchback), and they had no problems exchanging the Camry for a Hyundai Tucson. Volcan was also very friendly and brought us to the airport when we returned the vehicle on the last day of our trip. Thank you for excellent customer service and great vehicles!
