They made a deal with me on a truck, asked for all my personal information to run a credit check, did it then told me the truck just sold that morning. The truck had been listed for four months prior...pretty coincidental. You would think they would secure the inventory as a matter of procedure before damaging someone's credit rating. They are a shady business...be ware friends.

Peace River Chrysler

I traded in my 2021 Jeep for a 2019 Nissan frontier that was brought to Peace River Chrysler from Saskatchewan. Of course this being an experienced dealership one would think they would know that an out of province vehicle would require an out of province inspection in order to register in Alberta?! Right? No they went to register the truck I just bought and I expected to be taking home, only to find out We need this inspection! How did they not know we needed this inspection? Ok fine, so they say ‘we just need a day or 2 to do the inspection then you can have your truck.’ Ok fine. Oh but wait the inspection revealed a bunch of mechanical things that needed to be fixed! So they have to fix them in order to pass the inspection, in order to register my newly bought truck! So they sold me a truck with a bunch of things wrong with it, and they had no intention of fixing. They only fixed the mechanical issues because they were forced too because of the out of province inspection! Meanwhile I’m driving a loaner truck that is a huge pig on gas and costing me a fortune all in hopes that the Manager at Chrysler was going to live up to her end and leave me a happy customer. The manager herself had the nerve to promise to leave swag and yeti mugs and gas cards in my truck when I came to pick it up… instead they ripped my nurse charm off my rear view mirror, the gas tank was almost empty, and they left a pen… on the floor, probably by accident. There were no mugs, no gas cards, and no Manager to be found when I arrived at the pre-arranged time to pick up my truck, a whole 2 weeks after I purchased and was supposed to bring it home. I went to PR Chrysler because I’ve dealt with them Several times in the past and had great experiences but after this I will never be returning as a customer and I will be recommending all my friends and family do not purchase vehicles there either.

Found a used F150 on there lot and inquired. Staff were friendly when I inquired about doing a trade in a clean 2012 Silverado Ltz they offered me 9,000 for my truck. The sale staff at this point wasn’t friendly anymore. Telling me that this is all my truck is worth. I’ve since then gone to other dealers in the area and asked to give me a value on the truck 3 other dealers value the truck from 21,000 to 24,000. Please get other advice on your vehicles before shopping here.

I purchased a brand new vehicle three weeks ago and it was something that wasn’t for me. This was not a dodge vehicle at all.

Decided to look for a New Year’s vehicle and I found a truck at this dealer however, after speaking with Bill, it was clear that there was a better truck available same price point.

Bill sent me all the information I needed on this truck after reviewing everything, it was a go.

Bill had the vehicle delivered to my door to make everything an easy transition.

I would definitely recommend this dealer to anybody in the market looking for truck car jeep whatever you need.

You owe it to yourself to shop around, but if you want brutal honesty, this is the place to go. I will definitely be doing more Dealership in the future.

I drove from red deer to there which is 6 hours away from my town to get the car. after i arrived there, the car has lots of damage that werent shown in the posted pictures. the original price was 4000 so i told them to sell it for 3000 but they refused. After driving back home for 6 hours, they contacted me to come back and take it for 2700. I told them to ship it to a closer area but they refused as well. The stuff who works there were disrespectful and the offer to come take the car after all this drive is such a joke.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU BUYING USED VICHELE FROM them weather in store or online as the detail and customer service is very poor. I bought a 2012 dodge journey about a month and a half ago . I did online and was given a list of things wrong with it. I agreed because I had made up my mind to complete the repairs myself. First when the car arrived it was very dirty both in and out. In addition to what I was told wrong with car I also found AC not working, squealing from front engine belt, car over heating, Engine check light can on a day after I had the first drive from overheating, knocking sound in rear end which I still is a problem after I spent almost $900 in part for replacing multiple worn bushings at back also replace diff oil which was very low but knock is still there. I told them about it and I was told someone from service department will call me then next day and that didn't happen. I've bought used cars from other dealers and they were ok but peace river crysler is the worst one so far. Everyday I'm dissatisfied with these problem. Again be Careful buying there.
