Our Peace River Cabin was exactly what we needed: a very comfortable temporary vacation home for making special memories. My child and I stayed for 3 weeks -- long enough to need all the regular comforts of home (a well-stocked kitchen, good linens, some sports equipment, a good bed etc), yet with the extremely big added bonus of a gorgeous natural setting (northern lights! a moose in the river! saskatoon berry picking! hearing the relaxing sounds of the river daily!). The wonderful hospitality of Anne and Henry made the experience even more special. We loved our stay, it was perfect! Thank you!

Peace River Cabins is a gem of accommodation. The location is peaceful and picturesque. Absolutely beautiful….| Booking was easy - had no issues. Anne is a friendly and gracious host and answered all of my questions. She kept me up to date on the local fire bans leading up to our stay.| I booked the Jackson Cabin for two nights as a Mother’s Day gift for my elderly mom. Cabin was clean and bright and equipped with everything we needed. Being fully serviced, it was comfortable and welcoming.| We remained at the cabin for the duration of our stay - often sitting on the covered deck and enjoying the scenery- river views, the forest and listening to the birds.| While at the time, the cabin had no cell service, it did have wifi access which was sufficient for our use. | Would absolutely recommend a stay here if you have the opportunity….. was so relaxing. Hoping to return…..

My husband and I stayed in The Jackson cabin. We found it very comfortable. Everything you need to make your meals was provided! We took advantage of the grill and chill service to have food already in the cabin when we arrived. That was so nice! Peace River Cabins & Outdoors was s such a beautiful location along the mighty Peace River! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the privacy of our cabin! |Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend but we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our get a way! We had rented the wood burning hot tub and that was perfect for the cooler days and nights! Thanks to Anne and her husband for being such wonderful hosts!! I would definitely recommend this experience if you want to relax unwind and chill out. We will be back!,

If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this place is an absolute must to experience. The cabin was perfect for our stay and the Chill & Grill food option makes the first meal planning so easy. The bed is clean and comfortable, lovely bedding and towels, nicely stocked kitchen, large bbq, and a fire pit. The covered deck and furniture is perfect to sit and enjoy the scenery. Bring your binoculars so that you can watch the wildlife, deer crazing and maneuvering the river current, eagle soaring, songbirds to listen to, chatty squirrels, noisy crows and geese and choirs of coyotes in the evening. We snacked on a few saskatoon berries and chokecherries that grow around the cabin. It was nice to have Wi-Fi in the cabin this year.

12 days in July in our cabin at Peace River Cabins, in the middle of our two-month road trip were heavenly. Our cabin was very private and peacful, surrounded by woods and a well kept lawn. I was aware while stretched out on the sofa reading a book, that I actually felt myself unwinding. We were grateful for a spotless well-equipped kitchen that included a full-sized grill on the deck. The covered deck also was equipped for dining. ||The cabin came equipped with books that included some history of the area. We were hooked and even went out and bought another book which my husband and I both enjoyed upon returning to our home in the Kansas City metro area. ||Besides the cabins being very well-appointed right on the banks of the smooth flowing Peace River, the whole Peace region, which we'd never visited before, is quite special in beauty of stunning topography and productivity of the land. ||There were a few unexpected perks such as abundant saskatoons and wild raspberries which we enjoyed thoroughly. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. We've shared photos of our cabin and a video of the swift moving beauty of the river all along the rest of our trip.

We have enjoyed our stay again, we have visited in May, September and the past 2 years in August. The deck on our cozy well stocked cabin is a perfect place to enjoy listening to the birds,,watching wildlife and the mighty Peace River flow by. We have taken advantage of the ‘chill and grill’ options on arrival days, perfect to have food for supper and breakfast the next morning awaiting us. It is nice to not have cell and Wi-Fi at the cabin but still have access at the Voyager building to check in occasionally. Peaceful, quiet and restful.

The location is perfection with its close proximity to the river front. Drinking my morning coffee on the covered deck with birds chirping and the fog coming off the river is what dreams are made of. There were deer outside my window and squirrels visiting all day long. The wood fired hot tub was ready upon arrival right outside my door, perfect for relaxing in the evening while watching the river flow and the northern lights dance. The cabin itself was so beautiful. Full kitchen, dining table, full gorgeous bathroom and a very cozy bed. Hiking in the Peace River hills in September should be on everyone’s bucket list. The fall colors were a real show stopper. I recommend Peace River Cabins to anyone and everyone.

Blown away on the very pour customer service, not respectful at all, web site say your allowed to have a extra guest in their full service cabins, when asked what the cost was, was told no your not allowed, tried to explain that I'm a single dad with 3 younger kids and there's 2 beds or one bed and a pull couch, should be more then enough room to accommodate sleeping us, and the response back was " I guess you need to rent another cabin " an moreless just hung up the phone
Really that's your response, that's why you don't judge a book by its cover, looks awesome on the outside but cold an just uncaring on the inside, would highly recommend not supporting these people.
