I have been a customer of Paull Travel since about 1986 when Lesley was the sole owner and operator. Since then, Lesley and her team have sent me around the world multiple times. They have sent me across the border to the US many, many times. They have done the impossible for me over and over. They have rescued me when I was caught in a snowstorm in Toronto and found a way for me to reach my destination when no one else was getting anywhere. Now, maybe best of all, they wrestle with the impossible mess that Aeroplan has become for me. They have never failed to get the best for me. They have never failed to get me out of trouble when things went wrong away from home and flights were messed up. Most recently Tracy has been looking after my account and doing it superbly well. Even to the extent of checking her emails on Saturday, not to miss the best possible deal with the Aeroplan. That is over 35 years of outstanding service. What a record thank you Tracy and everyone of the Paull Travel team.

Amazing service from the team at Paull Travel Ltd. Shaila was phenomenal with planning our cruise (was cancelled on Princess Cruise's part) and she was able to plan a complete 2 week trip around Italy with 2 days notice. The vacation was beautiful with great hotel choices (curtesy of previous Paull Travel clients) and I felt secure knowing Shaila was available to contact in case anything went wrong/needed changing. Customer service was great and flexible. Looking forward to our next vacation with Paull Travel!

My husband and I recently returned from a honeymoon in Greece and Italy that was planned entirely by Lesley at Paull Travel. I and later my wife and I have had a relationship with Lesley and Paull Travel since it opened its doors in 1986.
Initially, the relationship was for business travel and then expanded to personal as Lesley’s business grew.
From day one, the service has been excellent and there has never been an issue.
For personal travel, my wife and family/ friends have travelled a good part of the planet and we were placed with an agent that had experience in the location and they were able to provide us with not only great bookings but lots of advice for the area.
For the past 8-10 years, poor Jalene Murphy has been stuck dealing with me and her level of service is always first rate.
Lesley and now Lesley and Rhonda have built a travel agency that is well deserved of its #1 in Edmonton award.
The staff are friendly, polite, professional and know what they are doing. Plus, they are available 24/7 if there is an issue which thankfully, we have never had.
For a very modest fee, there is absolutely no reason for my wife and I to not use the services of Paull Travel.
We are always well taken care of.

I've been using Paull Travel since the early 80s when they managed air and hotel arrangements for 20+ Edmontonians to visit our new Sister City, Harbin in northern China. As the tour organizer, I can't say enough about how helpful they were. Since then, Paull has helped me with personal arrangements, mostly to Southern Mexico, each trip without a glitch.
