Ronaye was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make our interaction so much more then just a transaction. She really tried to find the best options for us and made sure that we were taken care of. She put in many, many hours working to ensure we had the best experience. Everyone there was super helpful and welcoming. Park Credit was a really great experience and we will definitely return for our next vehicle.

In June 2020 I purchased a Nisson Murano from Ronaye Parish, and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the quality of service I received. Not only were they very much on top of the COVID issues, Ronaye had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing and in regards to my my financial situation. I was approved for auto Financing how ever I choose a car from another dealer I told them I wanted to do 0 down Attila Hilton she told me because it from another dealer its would be $1,500.00 so I agreed to this I asked to include the cost in the cars price got my approval back today Attila Hilton said the bank wants $1,500.00 down found it really messed up that this was the case I said to Attila Hilton if she wants to do the deal with 0 down she told me its $1,500.00 down I told her that it was a no deal and she asked me to come pick a vechle from their lot to get 0 down. They were forcing me to use their lot only. Poor service not recommended it was a waste of time and Attila Hilton was dishonest to get what she wanted.

Was unhappy with what they offered and declined, then I was sent several abusive text messages to my person cell from Gerry an employee of theirs, and was told I was a jerk and self entitled, a disgusting way to treat potential customers, I took my business elsewhere.

Update: Now receiving abusive phone calls since leaving this review

Got a vehicle a few months ago and had a very good experience...haveing some financial issues we were haveing a bit of a hard time getting anything with a few other dealers and sales staff got ahold of Attila and he went above and beyond imo...there was lots of phone calls back and forth email with millions of questions and concerns and he was super helpful and always happy to deal with us...and he gets points for haveing such a metal name \m/
