Parc Properties is a company that I wouldn't recommend to have as management company. HOWEVER, there's an incredible employee called Aaron Shillingford-Louis who replies straight way and he's so helpfull! Any time ( that's a lot) I have a question or need his support, he's incredible. He deserves a raise/ promotion and please keep him as he makes this image of the company way better.

Parc Properties manage a residential development of which I am a leaseholder. Highly unprofessional. They dont mind abusing to cover up for their own mistakes and delays caused by them in fixing the issues

The management is rude, unprofessional and not able to work with customers. A special recall for Aaron, no communication or human skills at all. I've been treated very poorly and I'm quite disappointed from all points of view. The company took my cycle, due a miscommunication with the complex's keeper and they have the bike but refused to give it back while communicating all of this rudely. If you can, avoid them, you can find much better around.
