Bonjour,

J'ai eu une conversation avec une personne un vendredi concernant une soumission pour mes deux voitures et ma maison. Elle devait me recontacter le lundi suivant, mais cela fait maintenant trois semaines que j'attends son retour. Je trouve cela très irrespectueux des engagements pris.

Opened a claim for an accident i had. Its now been opened for 5 month and still not fixed. My broker keeps saying they will escalate the issue and they never do. Also provided false information that i had to put in a complaint with RIBO. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Very unprofessional!!Worst service ever! Agent doesn't return our call. And no one is willing to help after they made a mistake. Everyone is throwing the ball to each other.....will be looking for a new broker after this is for sure!!!

I don't know why some people are giving low rating to this Insurance, I have been dealing with Palladium Insurance over a year now and the service is excellent!!! I was helped by Greg, Angela and others and they were all professionals, Greg is always there to help and answer my questions whenever I needed, he is always there to help even during his vacation! Thank you Palladium for the great work

We have had my house and two car's insurance with them for close to 10 years and its been seamless. They answer the phone or call me back in the same day. I have looked at other companies and palladium prices are competitive and the coverage is good. We had break in and the insurance company/adjuster were great in a terrible situation
