Extremely late in responding. If you need a policy for events, weddings etc, go elsewhere. Horrible! ATTN underwriter Paula, please respond accordingly to requests for quotes and advise if you get information on what the company can offer by at least contacting the insured with coverage details (if received). I shouldn’t be waiting half a month and following up with you on requests. Had to call you in order to find out that you declined the risk. At least have the courtesy to give notice. Fortunately I work in insurance to rush policies. Just wanted to give other carriers a chance. But clearly I’m mistaken with this branch. Next time, kindly pass the request over to another underwriter if the amount of requests this time around is large especially for event policies. It would be appreciated.

Awful insurance company. They do not care about customer service at all and do not care to help you. The lady Paula does not call back and just sends automated emails from the PAL website. They claim to help me and make an exception just to tell me that finally they can't when needing to cancel an exhibitor liability plan. So useless!

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Paula has to be the worst person I’ve ever dealt with PERIOD. We provided a full PDF doc with our event details even the minute ones. The Dumbest person had to have either been blind or just negligent. This woman and company need to be gone from existence.
