I’ve been bringing my pets to Paisley Veterinary Clinic for many years, and I can’t say enough about the care and respect they show. The vets are compassionate and never condescending — they truly listen and never pressure you into unnecessary services, unlike my previous veterinary experience. I always leave feeling confident in the care my animals receive, grateful for their honesty, and relieved at how reasonable the costs are. When those heartbreaking moments come, they handle everything with genuine love and compassion. I'm so thankful to have them looking after my furry friends, past and present.

I have been going to the Paisley vet since I have owned animals. The staff go above and beyond to help me and my Presa Canerio, Diesel feel welcome and comfortable. Diesel loves going there as he knows exactly where the cookie jar is.

Paisley Vet impressed me with their care, compassion, and communication. I couldn't believe that our dog had gotten old, and we brought her in for incontinence. Dr. Dana took her time with Ryleigh and took care to explain what our options were and what her recommendations were and why. When Dr. Stephanie took over, she continued the excellent care with great empathy for us and our pet. The entire team really goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you!

I recently took in my grandparents senior dog who has been coming to this vet since they adopted him 8 years ago. Unfortunately my Grandmother has since passed away, and my Grandfather is now in a care home. We happily welcomed shadow into our home and care for him now. I recently called to make an appointment for shadow, as it’s probably been about a year since he last went. I was hoping to get him up to date on his vaccines, and also go over his general health so we have an idea of what this stage of his life will bring , seeing as he is between 13-15 years old ( age was unsure at the time of adoption)
When I called and spoke to the receptionist, she informed me that since there has been a change in “ ownership” for shadow, we are now considered new clients, and they cannot see us, despite being in the same family. Instead, we will have to join the waiting list as they’re “ not currently taking new clients”. This was not a case of rehoming, but rather my elderly grandparents passing away/going to long term care. Shadow has been coming to this vet for over 8 years, familiar with staff, records all on file, yet because he was placed into another family members home ( due to fault of their own) they will not see him?
I couldn’t believe such a policy exists towards one of their senior dog patients. As if finding affordable, and reliable vet care isn’t hard enough. Thanks Paisley Vet for denying care to a senior dog who’s been coming here for years.

it's the only place I trust to take my pets .They understand my pet is my family not just a dog or cat .very friendly staff very caring staff .Paisley vet clinic IS THE BEST 🐕🐈❤️❤️❤️.. Oscar was to the vet for his shots & check up ...they gave him a puppy pack & he just luved it ... photo below shows how much he luvs his new blanket from Paisley vet clinic...thank u so much ladies 🐕🐕❤️❤️

Not one to make reviews but what a disheartening experience. Paisley Vet has been my family vet under my parents and I since 2006 but I wanted my own cat and just before I got the kitten, I called to make sure they had the room for her and specified my case and was told very confidently that yes they can take her on but I have to fill out a new client form online, it’s protocol and they will call me when I submit it. I initially understood that, so I went ahead and did the form and also explained everything on it. My kitten is due for one last vaccine so after over a week of not hearing from them, I just called to follow up and see if they got the form and then was told they were not taking on new clients? I explained my case again that i’m technically not a new client and was told she wasn’t able to give me an answer and that a manager would have to call me back next week? My mom then called just to confirm what I had explained so we wouldn’t have to deal with such a process as this was already upsetting for us but no. The next week came and no call- I kept checking in as I was told they would keep passing on the message and i’d get a call back soon. Finally after waiting over 3 weeks I get the call and was told very insensitively that they can’t take me on because i’m not under my parents address anymore and considered a new client. I kept explaining myself to the point of tears and it was like talking to a robot. No care in the world. I was in shock and couldn’t believe after losing 6 animals there, spending all the money that we have in the past, that this is how I was being dealt with. My kitten just needed a vaccine. This also could have been explained from the get go and I would be a little more understanding but my time was wasted. It’s upset more than just me and isn’t a great reflection of some of the staff, management and their overall lack of care. I regret ever sticking up for paisley vet since hearing so many negatives because of all the apparent changes and treatment given and now I know why. They are also the same price as almost everyone else in the area so there’s absolutely nothing special or good about them, especially now.
