Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Lord regarding our online portal, PQ Online. Her communication with our Council was exceptionally informative, and she addressed our questions promptly and thoroughly. We finally got rid of Pacific Quorum. They added a new line to our budget halfway through the year... didn't schedule an AGM as instructed... said that washing machines (broken for 3 months) would be fixed this week but it didn't happen.... property manager did not attend a strata council meeting in his 7 months of tenure.....avoid, avoid, avoid

I have been attempting to contact someone at PQ for over a year regarding an extra preauthorized payment that went through after we moved out and I have been getting the impression they are just avoiding me. This seems consistent with some of the other reviews I’ve read. They’re hoping I just give up and they take the extra 450 monthly strata payment. They love taking your money, but impossible to get it back. For anyone reading this, please be mindful of any unnecessary outgoing payments.

As a tenant at a rental property managed by PQ, I had a commendable experience with Meriam - their office administrator in Surrey branch. She quickly responded to my lighting concern in our visitors’ parking by relaying it to Tony, the Property Manager. The friendliest and most accommodating person I’ve ever dealt with!

Going to update this review with some simple facts. Our property did not have an AGM for over 3 years. Let’s repeat that … over 3 years. Did we have council meetings - nope. So basically it was left to run itself from 2020-2024. I stepped in and after taking over the roll of president of the strata, I can see how deep the issues go. Our HVAC system has not been serviced since 2021 and no one followed up, yet we have been paying that bill for 3 years. Not to mention no maintenance of our roof, the building, carpets or audits of any of the finances. We switched over to a new PM who is a blessing and I cannot speak more highly of Bob, and it’s the only reason we are still with PQ. As for their upper management, Leslie and Mark, I have no kind words to say for their lack of professionalism. Do your research before you choose a company. Leslie is by far the worst of all of them. And one would think that if your strata property management company was in direct violation of their contract, the least Mark or Leslie could do is pick up the phone and have a conversation. But they both have refused. Like I said, Bob is the best. PQ should be thanking their lucky stars he is with them. Otherwise we would have left.

Worst property management I own 3 others condos no issues but these people are a joke.
If your going to buy a residence make sure
These people are not in Charge.
Extremely poor communication skills nobody answers the phone or returns calls, Emails are slow not responding in a timely matter.
Maybe you should hire some more staff!! If
You cannot handle your workload!

Five years ago, I had a fantastic experience when Mr. Ahmed managed the building. Sadly, things have changed drastically,
and now the building is being disrupted by people with competing interests. The current property management is observing and permitting this mismanagement to continue. It would almost be comical if it weren’t affecting our actual lives. It’s beyond frustrating and disheartening for those of us who simply want to live in peace. What a huge disappointment.

Was issued a reminder on June 20th that our vehicle needs to be parked in a manner that doesn’t block the lane way (which it doesn’t) then a few weeks later issued a bylaw infraction saying we parked blocking the lane way again with a picture from June 17th…. Even though we haven’t parked the truck in the driveway since June 20th when we received the reminder.
