I would like to share my recent experience with your travel agency regarding a flight ticket I was trying to book to India. I visited your shop yesterday, and a girl who works there told me that I could hold the ticket until the next day. However, she did not give me any specific time for how long the ticket would be held or when it would be canceled.

Today, I received a call while I was at work, and I was surprised because no one mentioned that I would be contacted. The man who called me was extremely rude and kept blaming me, saying it was my fault. His behavior was very unprofessional, and he clearly doesn’t know how to speak properly with customers.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected clear communication and respectful treatment, but that was not provided. Do not go there

Not recommended. Very poor service. On 10th july my mother and sister visited onkar travel abbotsford to ready my mother passport application but the satff of onkar travel did some silly mistakes online form which they filled which we came to know when we visit BLS office in Vancouver and they also didn't fill declaration form even didn't inform us that's we need this form. When i called them the staff answered very rudely and said that's is not our job you can go notry. We don't have MS word. Very unprofessional staff

I went there to see uncle and girl regarding passport today

The guy just next door was sitting said he went to bank

I said i can come back in little bit

He said come tomorrow girl and uncle will here both

I said i just wanna talk to him urgently

I might Can’t come tomorrow

He said come day after tomorrow

I didn’t understand why he e want me to come after little bit it was just 3.15 pm

He keep saying me come other day

I didn’t like this thing i never go back to this place again

They lost my business cause of this type of staff

I will not recommend anyone to visit them. I dont know why no one suspend their work lisence. The worst people ever. Staff dont know how to talk to customer , very rude, my file was pending for two weaks when i asked them they say which file, which purpose ans they said we cannot do your work ask someone else. They just wasted people time. Liar, unprofessional and no knowledge about job 🤮

I don’t want to give them even one star. Horrible,greedy,liar and dishonest owner and his staff. Bought ticket from them to travel India.Due to COVID air Canada postponed the flight.they charged me $ 50 just to reschedule my seat and I asked them to refund my ticket as air Canada refunding money because of COVID and now they are asking 75 dollars more just to put the request to refund my money.they are fraud and rip off the customer and never return the call back.I called them numerous times to put a request to refund my money.Never ever buy ticket from them.they’re owner atAbbotsford is totally fraud .

Absolutely the worst travel agency in Abbotsford. Do not deal with them unless you want poor customer service and shady dealings. Not once, but TWICE they made a mistake of "accidentally" confirming a flight. They even sold my booked and confirmed ticket to someone for more cash, I didn't know until I showed up to the airport with the bags and the airline told me I had no seat. Furious, I went to a different company where they told me that Onkar travel confirmed the flight for another customer just because they were willing to pay more, even though I had already purchased AND confirmed it. Please stay away from this greedy, unprofessional establishment.

I would not recommend this agency for anything, they have zero knowledge about their job, I called them to extend the stay for my parents as I bought the tickets from them, when I called the girl who answered the phone had no answer and no courtesy to say that they will figure it out and said I don’t have answer and I don’t know when I will have answer so can’t tell you when to call. Another incident, called them to ask about something and she asked if I bout ticket from them and I said I am planning to buy from you but I need some information, her answer was, ok ask us the question when you come to buy ticket and I don’t know the answer.

Very very very bad service they dont know how to talk with customers. They are so unprofessional whenever call them they are not available making so many excuses. I will recommend people never go there ..very bad service..such a worse service..
