I'm only giving them a one because there isn't a minus. I have never been treated so rudley in my life. I felt like i was an inconvenience to their day. I would not recommend using this one. The one on main street is much better, at least they treat you with kindness

Wow! Customer service! All proper measures for Covid. Staff welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Fast and efficient service. I was renewing various vehicle policies and getting a new one for a trailer. What a pleasant experience! In my years of dealing with insurance brokers this was, literally and without exaggeration, hands down the most pleasant transaction. Highly recommend.

This is my go to insurance agent the staff there are always fantastic to deal with and treat me and everyone else I have seen enter with the utmost professionalism and respect. It can be busy at times but they always seem to move the people through fairly quick. They have also gone above and beyond when possible to make sure your insurance needs are met and that you have the best coverage for your individual situation.

We walked in to ONE Insurance this morning and are very happy to say that we were greeted by a young woman named Morgan who was both pleasant and professional. Our entire experience was upbeat and positive. Considering that the insurance industry is tough to be happy and jovial about we left smiling. It would be nice if more businesses and people could be like this young lady. Thanks. We will be back.

So I contacted One Insurance 6 times between 4:44 and 5pm.
I was unable to reach someone or get an answer from a person. Voicemail only.. leave a mesg, but voicemail was full. I needed to speak to somebody before they closed for the day. I did finally find where i could leave a message on someone's voicemail. A gentleman who said he would contact me at his earliest convenience?!? Does that mean his earliest convenience today? or next week? Or?🤷🏾‍♀️
I gave One Ins. the opportunity to look after my business but it looks like I will be sticking with my trusty K-5 agents.

I have always had very positive interactions and customer service at various One insurance locations... However Saturday April 20th at the WEST Selkirk location, We encountered a staff member that could only be described as rude and hostile... it was so uncomfortable for me and my family that we chose to go to the Co operators instead of finishing our business at One Insurance. Behaving like that in a customer service role is bizarre enough but the fact that my children were seated by the door and the woman was being clipped and rude with my Husband and I was enough to leave me slack jawed.

I have had the pleasure to meet with very high management at One Insurance prior to this and they have always been nothing but professional and lovely to deal with. I truly hope this was just an off day...
