great doctors but terrible phone service. Constantly getting hung up on by the recording-this is a huge problem. I get thier busy but at least answer the phone!
How is one able to book a appointment? Not all the doctors have the online booking which really sucks.

Dr. Evans has been my doctor for just about 2 years now, he is very professional & cares about his patients well being/ comfort while working with them, I thought that having a male doctor as a teenage girl was going to be uncomfortable, but I have never once had that feeling with Dr. Evans! highly recommend for a family doctor if you’re looking for one!!!

Doctor Evans is an amazing man. His bedside manner is professional and empathetic. He is gentle, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He has helped me out (even though I’ve moved far away) whenever I have needed it without making me feel like I was bothering him. Dr. Evans has been our family doctor for at least 20 years. We all appreciate how knowledgeable and caring he has always been. Never have I felt like we were “just a number”. He always gives us his undivided attention, makes us feel heard and makes sure we are comfortable and clear about any care plan. The office staff are also very pleasant and helpful. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with their office!

Dr.Dixon is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He is compassionate, attentive and efficient when it comes to your care. He took the time to recognize what I needed, something that was effecting my mental health, before I even realized it was a problem. I would recommend this amazing doctor to anyone who asks if they are lucky enough to have an opportunity to become a patient of his.

Dr. Evans became our family Dr. after we saw his mannerisms with patients and kids after our son's circumcision in spring, 2015., until we left the area in Aug 2016. Hands down the best family Dr. we could have ever found in the South Okanagan. Well run office with organized and friendly front-office staff.
