Horrible customer service. Our family had an issue with their tree - was promised a 5 fruit tree only to find out it was 3. Back and forth emails and the owner agreed to make it right - only if the bad review was removed. Today my dad arrived to do the return initially was greeted by friendly employee who told him where to go and stated there was lots out back. When he arrived there another employee told him there was only 2 left, he explained that he was retuning the tree as per the agreement. The employee then got extremely rude and aggressive towards my dad. The end result - no return and the employee threatening to call the police as my dad stood his ground in trying to get the promised return. Which had been agreed upon via email.

Ordered 3 foot Cedars from O'Hagen trees and was very disappointed with what showed up in my yard. 50% of the trees where shorter than 3 foot, they are scrappy and yellow, the root ball was tiny on most, barely existent on others. But Brian was very helpfully condescending and told me how he admired how much I didn't accept his lowsey product. Instead of first contacting me to ask how everything was when I got my trees delivered, the first contact I got from him was, ''can you pay the rest of the invoice''.
Maybe this was just a bad batch and other trees they provide are good, but the absolute condescending attitude I got from Brian was the worst part.

We too have had a bad experience with trees we purchased worth $1000. Every tree died! Warning: When they state the height, they go from the most bottom root to the tip of the tree.
Thoroughly check the root system to ensure it hasn’t been damaged when they removed it from the ground before accepting the trees.
When they say no refunds or compensation for your loss of trees (and money), they mean it.
Customer service is non existent after they get your money so do your due diligence before hand.

Poor customer service. Was here yesterday hoping to purchase some fruit trees for our property. I witnessed an interaction between an employee and a customer, the employee was quite rude to the customer and the customer responded, getting quite angry, they continued yelling at eachother and then the customer ended up storming off. This made us leave. After coming to the reviews before returning to make our purchase it became clear that the customers response was appropriate as he was clearly told he could get a replacement for his tree and they did not follow through. The employee was so rude to him. We will be taking our bussiness elsewhere as that is an example of a company that does not prioritize their customers or stand by their products. So dissappointing from a local family owned business.

I should have read these reviews and O’Hagan’s nasty responses before purchasing $3000+ of trees. All went relatively smoothly until it was time to use the warranty and replace the ones that didn’t make it. Got the run around for 10 weeks and finally got a refund for those trees after haggling. Shop somewhere else!

Does not stand behind the “warranty” that we paid a premium for. Half a dozen trees died and were not replaced despite repeated requests and reassurances that they would be. Poor integrity and deceptive practices.

Be very careful if you decide to go here to buy your trees. Inspect them very carefully as they are not reliable and will not honour any returns they agree to. Horrible customer service. I will not return and would not recommend.

Great prices, excellent selection, fantastic customer service. What more can you ask for? Bought almost 70 trees from them, and Brian delivered in more than one way. I rarely give 5 stars but they deserved it.

Hi there I have purchased a few different things from Brian and have been completely satisfied with purchases as well as the service provided to me. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions about apple trees and there pollination. He actually talked me out of purchasing one as I didn't have room for two!!! 12/10 for service and I would highly recommend his business to anyone.
Here's my birch tree that I wanted and he didn't have it in stock do he went to got one for me! Beyond satisfied 👌

We had a wonderful expereince with O'Hagen Trees. We were gifted a beautiful multi fruit tree after losing our son. We were greeted by a very helpful young man upon his delivery who took the time to not only put the tree in the ground for us but also explain care. We got to enjoy some fruit from our tree this year also. Thanks O'Hagen ♡
