No personal service and a voicemail that goes on forever. Now ,no broker assigned ! It seems they do less for the client and yet the cost of insurance gos up forever

They never responded to my emails. Cancellation slip email Aug 19, 2021 to service@ and contact@. They send me payment reminder Sep 8, 2021. What a disorganized company.

client for 3+ years. Service got worse since they were acquired/merged. Beside, each year they increase premium 10-15%, although no valid reason, no claim, no accident, car has secondary insurance to protect against total loss. This year I inquired about savings, if I cancel early to combine home-auto. No response to inquiry, neither when I requested to cancel policy. Service non-existent now. Next year, I will move my home insurance from them for good, also I will have to move my life insurance (its fixed premium but I dont want to deal with them after this experience). I won't even bother contacting them, lack of respect toward client. If broker is not willing to spend 5 mins to find a better premium than what you can find yourself, there is no use for broker. Do yourself favor, moment you notice any of these signs, settle for another insurance broker or find better premium by yourself. It may take 30 mins of shopping around but you will save in 100$.

Efficient, effective and patient is all I have to say about Ogilvy and Ogilvy. They handle all of our files with the utmost of professionalism.
