Dr. Iqbal has been caring for myself and my family for just over a year. She is very kind and easy to talk to as well as very smart and a good listener. I feel like I am part of the family when I see everyone in the office as well as the doctor herself. Everyone that works there is also very warm and friendly. I am so lucky to have found this clinic!

Horrible they don’t answer their phones. Happened MULTIPLE times before. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the office for two days to talk about my prescription because I’m out of town and nobody will answer. This happens every time i usually just drive to Cochrane to talk to them in office because their phones suck and no one answers. Kinda hard if I’m in edmonton right now please answer your phones. This is stupid. “Press 3 to speak to reception” *presses 3 and phone hangs up*

I’ve been seeing Dr. Waqar at the 5th avenue clinic for my whole family for almost a year. Dr. Waqar is very easy to talk to and very thorough. She has personally followed up with a couple of things within my family. The reception staff has also always been very helpful and friendly. I’ve never had to wait to get in when I show up for a scheduled ppointment. So nice to have a reliable family doctor here in Cochrane.

I saw Dr. Iqbal, and I found her to be very kind and friendly. I was very happy with her and am thankful to have found a family doctor in this practice.

Would have been a 5 star appointment except I did wait over 45 mins for my appointment.

I am so grateful that I have a family doctor here in town and no need for me to drive to Calgary. Dr. Sadaf Iqbal is now my family doctor. She is very attentive to my needs, very thorough, very kind, very compassionate and very knowledgeable. Every time, I see her, I feel so comfortable and feeling of being loved and taking care of. Myself and my younger family members try to take care of my great auntie in Cochrane. Her family doc relocated so we tried to get her in to a new family doc at this clinic. After we went to all the bother of booking her and arranging for her to get into the clinic, they lost her appointment. They had nothing booked for auntie. The receptionist lady seemed to have trouble with the computers and had trouble understanding the spoken English language. So now we are starting over from scratch. If they cannot keep track of a simple appointment, what chance do they have to keep track of your important charts, notes and referrals? Good luck to anyone using this clinic.

Ok, I’m going to try this again. As it appears that my comment has been deleted and no response given. I have been seeing Dr. Cote for over twenty years, and my last two appointments, one in June the other in July, I was phoned ahead of time and told that my appointment had to be cancelled as he had a family emergency. Well honed several times and have gone in inquiring about when he might be back so that I can make an appointment. Finally today I went in and asked if Dr. Cote was coming back, the receptionist told me I could try and phone next week and he might be back in a week or two. I told her that I needed to make an appointment, that was not going to be cancelled and wanted to know if he was coming back. I was told that I would have to talk to the Manager, when I asked to speak with her, I was told she was not in. So now I am really frustrated and would like to know. If or when my doctor may be coming back to work.
