I had to chase him constantly to do anything with our file. Repeatedly emailed him to contact us. Finally when I'd had enough and told him to forget it he went ahead and checked our credit which took a hit. He then asked for more information which I provided right away, a ton of our personal and financial information. Only for him to once again not return emails or phone calls. Last straw was today when he once again did not call a scheduled call. Not at all professional.
