I’m near the end of the process with Northshore Mortgages, and it’s been a genuinely fantastic experience. Kyle’s been amazing throughout as he is easy to talk to, quick to respond, and always explains things clearly.

Even though the conditional sale of my current property and my bid on the next home were just days apart (thanks to a short close requested by the buyer), Kyle always made himself available to answer questions and run numbers whenever I needed. That kind of support made a choatic situation feel way less stressful.

Tom and Diana were a huge help with getting us the best rate for our mortgage. For each house we looked at Tom went over the numbers with us as our budget increased to make sure we felt comfortable with the payments and it was nice knowing exactly what our expenses will be with the excel charts he made. He’s also super personable by sending videos explaining what the budget was.

Diana was super helpful with the whole process once we bought our house, she replied quickly to emails and was always on top of the forms and documents we needed to get to receive our mortgage and bridge.

We were so happy with the two of them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.
